Operation is easy, and the functions are literally at your fingertips.
The SP-500 also provides a Help function to ensure that even first-time users can quickly master its operation. Just press the Help button at any time and an explanation of each function appears in the large TouchView display.

When you play, you can save your performance to the SP-500’s internal memory as one of up to 100 songs. No floppy disk is required. You can record your realtime piano performances or use the accompaniment system to capture a complete ensemble production. You can even use step-recording to enter your chords one at a time. Since the SP-500 is GM compatible it can be hooked up to a computer or other MIDI-equipped devices to play back song files, take interactive music lessons and many other fun and educational musical activities.
