Whether you are a complete beginner or already have some musical experience, Keysound always advocates taking some professional lessons on your journey to becoming an accomplished pianist or keyboard player. Learning is fun, and we at Keysound have associated ourselves with many respected local teachers who combine modern technology with traditional teaching methods. Typical Questions and Answers
Am I too young to learn?
Starting from the age of six years upwards is ideal. If you have a very enthusiastic child, it is possible to start from the age of four.
Am I too old?
You are never too old to learn. We have pupils of all ages, from the very young right through to 80- or 90-year-olds. Retirement is a brilliant time to take up the piano or keyboard.
What type of music will I play?
It is important to learn the basics first, after which your choice of musical direction is between you and your teacher.
When do the lessons take place?
Each teacher has their own schedule, but most are available during the day and in the evenings.
How much are the lessons?
This is something you will need to discuss with the teacher when they contact you.
