Keysound Terms & Conditions

By placing your order with us you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All credit and Debit card payments are encrypted and are never held by Keysound on any web server in an un-secure manner. The Keysound cannot be held responsible if, through no fault of their own, personal details are intercepted. The information you provide Keysound with may be subject to checks to prevent fraudulent use and may be passed to other parties to enable this to be done. Payment will only be taken when the goods are confirmed in stock and ready for delivery.

Keysound make every effort to make sure that prices displayed on their Internet site, or any other third party seller used by them, are correct. Keysound do however; reserve the right to cancel any transaction that has been made due to an incorrect price being shown.

Keysound will only deliver to UK customers living on the UK mainland. For customers living in the Scottish Highlands, there may be an additional charge and Keysound will contact you to inform you of this. Delivery will be made by courier, unless other arrangements have been made, and will be delivered only to the address on the order. In the case of card payment, the delivery address must be the same as that of the card holder. Larger item delivery such as digital pianos will be delivered to the main entrance door and may require self-assembly. Keysound do offer a VIP delivery service, which includes delivery by our own staff, unpacking and assembly of your instrument, and removal of all waste materials for recycling. To find out more about this service, please call Keysound on 0116 2541053 Providing the goods are in stock, delivery will usually take place within two working days to UK mainland (Scottish highlands may take up to 5 working days) Delivery date will be confirmed by email or telephone and will take place between the hours of 8am and 7pm.

Returns & Refunds
Keysound are happy for you to return your goods for any reason, within 7 days of receiving them providing that they are returned in ‘New’ condition. This means that they are returned in original undamaged or unmarked packaging. Keysound will not be responsible for the cost of returning any item. Your payment will be refunded in full (Minus any delivery charges incurred) when goods have been received and checked. Authorization must be obtained before returning the goods otherwise they will be refused at the point of delivery. Any damage to goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and in the case of damage to the packaging, this must be noted when signing the delivery note. Before returning the goods, a returns number can be obtained from Keysound by calling 0116 2541053 and this must be clearly displayed on the box. Goods should be repackaged exactly as sent with all accessories.

Items purchased from Keysound are all covered by a warranty. In the event of a malfunction, you must call Keysound for an authorisation number on 01162541053. The item will either be collected or, if it is too large an item, (Digital home piano) repaired in your own home. Please make sure that you keep the original packaging (All portable keyboards and pianos) A small charge may be made for collection but will be refunded when a fault has been confirmed. Keysound are not responsible for any fault or damage that has resulted from any misuse or accident.

WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (or WEEE) Regulations are now U.K. law and Keysound comply with this law. All European member States including the U.K. have agreed to reduce the amount of WEEE that is being disposed of in landfill sites. These terms and conditions are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights.
